Bath Experts is offering an exciting opportunity to join our sales team in our Cleveland market! At Bath Experts, our Sales Consultants are set up for success with pre-scheduled appointments, uncapped commission with earning potential of $100k-$200k+++, and the help of a supportive team and training program that will assist you in reaching new heights in your career.
What you can expect from Bath Experts:

• Earning potential between $100,000-$200,000+ with uncapped commission pay

• Schedule flexibility and be able to run up to 3 pre-scheduled appointments each day
• NO cold calling. Pre- Set, Pre-Confirmed Appointments
• Through our sales training program, you will learn the techniques to:
• Effectively close sales in your designated territory
• Deliver effective sales presentations with homeowners
• Utilize our CRM system and other technology to manage and track sales progress

What you will do:

• Responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations providing custom design options and estimates for their bath remodel projects
• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sales methodology
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately
• Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops (virtual and in-person)
• Follow up as required with our sales operations and install teams to ensure successful completion of customer projects

What you need to succeed:

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred
• Ability to close utilizing a proven one call close methodology
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 25lbs
• Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely
• Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets
